3. Incoming Quality Control
To establish the AQL acceptable level of incoming material control, to provide the material for the whole inspection, sampling, immunity. On the acceptance of qualified products to warehousing, substandard goods to take return, check, rework, rework inspection; responsible for tracking bad, to monitor the supplier to take corrective
measures to prevent recurrence.
4. Process Quality Control

The service factor is determined according to the daily operation time and the starting frequency Z. Three load classifications are considered depending on the mass acceleration factor. The service factor selected using this diagram must be less than or equal to the service factor as given in the performance parameter table.

It is composed of 1 or more pairs of meshing gears, worm gears, worms, etc., and is installed in a rigid, sealed housing as an independent component of the machine. It is usually used as a transmission device for deceleration between the prime mover and the working engine. WPDZ series worm gearbox has smooth transmission, low vibration, impact, and noise, large reduction ratio, broad versatility, and can be used with various mechanical equipment. Single-stage messages can obtain a large transmission ratio and compact structure. Most models have better self-locking performance. For motorized equipment with braking requirements, the braking device can be omitted.
