The loop controller gearbox in this scheme can realize the reverse self-locking of the electric meter, which can only transmit the power of the active end of the motor without responding to the external load, thereby isolating the external load from the smart meter’s own mechanism. In case of possible damage, the smart meter can be stopped at the gear motor (also called the gear motor of the loop controller) to increase the service life of the smart meter, solve the problem of data loss when the power is suddenly cut off, and protect the safety of the data.
